DisplayPad is a cutting edge app that allows you to use your iPad as a second display for your Mac. You can extend your desktop with a wireless display that you can carry around with you!

DisplayPad uses carefully tuned technology that makes it the smoothest and most responsive app of its kind on the App Store. We have carefully crafted a dynamic and unique solution to make DisplayPad outperform its competitors.

DisplayPad requires a Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard with WiFi. Users of new MacBook Pros with dual graphics hardware will need to disable Automatic Graphics Switching.

• Tap your iPad to click.

• Two finger tap to right click.

• Two finger drag to scroll, just like on a laptop trackpad.

• Rotate the screen and DisplayPad automatically changes the mode of the display.

• Position the display anywhere relative to your desktop, just like an external display.

If you have any problems with DisplayPad, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out. We value customer feedback and we would appreciate any comments that you may have.

Almost Perfect!

I really love this app, but I feel like it could be better. Firstly, I would like to see an auto connect feature. I would also like to see a preference pane for the Mac app. But the biggest improvement I would like to see would be to stay connected while I'm outside the app. I hate how my Mac has to reconfigure the displays every time I hit the home button on my iPad.

Be careful!!!!

The application for your Mac does not work for leopard. It only works for snow leopard...

Works as advertised for me

This is a great way to create a utility monitor for pallets, etc. Is it as fast or full featured as a 23" Cinema display? No. Is there sometimes a tiny lag? Yes. But for what it does, it does well, with little hassle. My Mac thinks I have a second display, and that tiny 9" utility monitor is going to be a sanity saver: No more Photoshop sessions on my Macbook working on a tiny image surrounded by pallets!
